To make your party the talk of the town it has to be fun! Normal parties where there’s just dancing suck! You need to have a fun setting, like a fashion show , or a forest [my faveourite!]. They have to be able to do something and be entertained. Resteraunts are OK, and people might stay for a little bit, but then they leave! In forests penguins can have fun camping running away from bears. In fashion shows people can strut down the runway, and they have a lot of fun putting together different outfits to impress the judges. Penguins can be judges and give them scores. also i got some of this info from icee!

In this page I will tell you how to make different themes like fashion shows and resteraunts fun!

PART l Setups and tips

FASHION SHOWS

First of all, your igloo has to be fit for a fashion show. I suggest using dance floors for catwalks. If you don’t have any, rugs work fine. I suggest making a platform for the models to stop on, and dance. Like using dance floors again but using 2 next to each other so the platform is bigger than the catwalk and more noticable. Make a couple tables for the judges to sit at and say their scores. I suggest bamboo tables! But any table will work. Make a dressing room so penguins know where they have to change. I suggest the music should be tuned to Beach Mix. You should put some palm trees and LCD TVs with the picture of 2 penguins. Be a judge or a model depending on how many judges or models are needed. FORESTS

Well the one thing every forest need is tons of TREES!I mean it just isn’t a forest withou trees. Just use Christmas trees without deorations as trees for your forest. Where do I get the money, you ask? I play cart surfer. A lotta coins in a short amount of time! I would suggest making part of your igloo a cabin with a fireplace, wood furniture, and rugs, to make the “cabin” cozy. The reason you add a cabin is to SAVE MONEY. You can use stuff you already have for te cabin and you don’t have to buy as many trees! Try not to get the trees to close together, but not too far apart, You don’t want them too close, because then you end up buying even more trees. You don’t want them too far apart because then penguins won’t have places to hide. Make a clearing in the middle of the forest for a cook-out, or camp meeting place. The perfect touch to the clearing would be stumps around maybe th barbecue. Another fun idea would be a river and lake. Use blue tables for the lake, and blue mats for the river. Put intertubes in the “river”. That was definitely a favorite for penguins at my forest. Use brown puffle houses as smaller cabins. Many penguins will go in them and claim them. Another fun thing to do in your forest is pretending to be a bear! Dress up as a bear and chase campers around. It’s super fun!

RESTERAUNT

There are a lot of different types of resteraunts you could have. There’s sports bars, fancy resteraunts, or just plain old run-of-the-mill resteraunts. For sports bars, amke a bar out of tables. Put a fridge and a stove and other cooking items behind te bar. Put lots of LCD TVs on the walls. Turn them to the hockey channel and the sledding channel. Scatter more tables and chairs around the igloo. For fancy 5-star resteraunts, the kitchen setting will be more well, fancier! I suggest using a fireplace instead of a barbeque. A barbeque is ideal for sports bars and regular resteraunts, but not for fancy shmancy resteraunts! Use elegant tables with teacups and flowers. Such as pink tables or blue tables. Use pink and blu couches and tables.

MOVIE THEATER

Movie theaters are great fun! Since CP doesn’t have a movie theater [What a shame!] it’s up to you to make one! Obviously you need to have some TVs. I use lots of LCDs and maybe one or two big screens. Arrange the TVs so they look like one big TV screen like in the movie theaters. A movie theater wouldn’t be a movie theater without a snack bar! Once again, like in the sports bars, I would use tables to make a bar. But don’t put chairs by the bar, because the tables ae used mainly for divinding the kitchen from the rest of the theater. Put fridges and other kitchen appliances behind the divider. Use the small wooden dresser as a ticket booth to sell tickets. put lots of chairs by the screen in a neat order, preferably red for a more movie theater look. using a dark igloo for a cinema would also be much better than a blue or pink igloo.

HAWAIIAN THEME

a hawaiin theme would be great. if you are going for this theme you should buy the bamboo hut, and all furniture island, there are lots of things to decorate your igloo with, and you could even dress up. you could try to even put in a beach or sea. there are also lots of clothing items penguins can wear for this “hawaiin theme”

KARIOKIE

you could try a kariokie [dont know how to spell it] make sure your igloo is decorated with lots of micriphones, and all that singing stuff. this theme is pretty risky because some people’s songs might not show up because of the strict filters. this wouldnt be fun to do the WHOLE time so make sure that theres somthing else to do!

PART ll ADVERTISING

Advertising is extremely important in having a good party. Word of mouth is always a great way of getting the word out about your party. Go into the town or some other place in CP that gets a lot of foot traffic. Find a certain phrase that describes you party that shows up.[Some phrases and words don’t show up because CP uses a filter to filter out bad words and words and phrases that are not appropriate for Clubpenguin users] Also get friends to advertise your party too. Split up and advertise. Another way to advertise is to send postcards to random penguins telling them to come to your party. As your party grows bigger more penguins will want to advertise for you and some will just do it anyway! but dont make the party too packed when nobody can get around!

PART lll Keeping penguins at your party happy.

Keeping your guests is a must if you want to have a big party. Nopenguin wants to stay at the party of their worst enemy. To keep guests happy compliment them and send them postcards saying thank you for coming to my party. Ask them if they would like some pizza or coffee. Be extremely nice to guests. Being nice is pretty easy!

PART llll Your igloo on the map

Getting your igloo a good place on the map is essential. It means the difference from a big party and a small, boring party. In this case a lost connection is a good thing for the party host. When connection is lost by everypenguin in a server all of them get logged off. All the members that were on the member list on the map, are off. This is your chance to get a good spot. Get on as fast as you can and open your igloo right away. This happened to me once and there was my name! At the very top of the list!
